  • The Gay Community's Complicity in the rise of Hitler

pink_swastika The gay community fancies itself as a victimized group of people who's plight is comparable to that of any stigmatized and much maligned racial or ethnic group.
    However, in the book
The Pink Swastika: Homosexuality in the Nazi Party convincingly explore the homosexual origins of the Nazi Party movement. Gay activists have been very vocal about homosexuals being persecuted in Nazi Germany, but many Nazis were themselves homosexuals and that the so-called Nazi persecution of homosexuals is in many ways just another faction of homosexuals persecuting another faction of homosexuals.
The gay community was instrumental in the rise of the Nazi movement in Germany in the 1920s and 30's
Many of the original founding members of the Nazi party were openly gay. Ernst Roem, chief of the Nazi Sturmabteilungen (Stormtrooper) thugs was openly gay. In fact many members of the Surmabteilungen were openly gay. Roehm viewed homosexuality as the basis for a new society. Louis Snyder writes that Roehm "projected a social order in which homosexuality would be regarded as a human behavior pattern of high repute...he flaunted his homosexuality in public and insisted that his cronies do the same. What was needed, Roehm believed, was a proud and arrogant lot who could brawl, carouse, smash windows, kill and slaughter for the hell of it. Straights, in his eyes, were not as adept in such behavior as practicing homosexuals" (Snyder:55). "The principle function of this army-like organization," writes historian Thomas Fuchs, "was beating up anyone who opposed the Nazis, and Hitler believed this was a job best undertaken by homosexuals" (Fuchs:48f).

The favorite meeting place of the SA was a "gay" bar in Munich called the Bratwurstglockl where Roehm kept a reserved table (Hohne:82). This was the same tavern where some of the earliest formative meetings of the Nazi Party had been held (Rector:69). At the Bratwurstglockl, Roehm and associates-Edmund Heines, Karl Ernst, Ernst's partner Captain Rohrbein, Captain Petersdorf, Count Ernst Helldorf and the rest-would meet to plan and strategize. These were the men who orchestrated the Nazi campaign of intimidation and terror. All of them were homosexual (Heiden:371).
Without the Sturmabteilung, Hitler could not have come to power. Therefore the contrary to myth, the homosexual community shares quite alot of the blame for the rise of the Nazis and all the evils that regime perpetrated.
The gay community are not victims.
The gay community seems to be employing much of the same tactics of intimidation, harassment and threats, that their Nazi Stormtrooper bretheren did in the 1920s against their political opponents especially on the issues pertaining to gay marriage.  pink_swastika

  • Maybe its high time the adult film industry got regulated

Having mostly guy friends, I've seen my fair share of porn films, not because I like them, but because of some twisted desire to see what the big deal was all about. Porn sure has come a long way from the cheesy background music of the 70s and 80s with a lame plot. Today, "reality" seems to be all the rage and is reflected in the porn films being produced these days. Some of you have probably seen it, a couple of guys cruising along the streets in an SUV who  spot a scantily clad chick and they roll up bullshitting with her about being "talent agents." the "naive" girl is then persuaded to come along to their studio for some photoshoots anPorn_Set_5d the next thing you know, she's butt naked kneeling on the floor giving a blowjob to a bunch of guys.

She takes it bareback from every orifice of her body and she ends up drenched in man juice.  This seems to be a dude's fantasy, and they rarely if ever think about the health of the performers. Just this month, the Los Angeles Times reports that an actress who works in the L.A. area adult film industry has tested positive for HIV, sparking a wildfire of concern by county and state health officials. This marks the first confirmed case of HIV infection in the SoCal industry since 2004.
Despite the fact that adult film performers are required to get tested on a regular basis, it seems as though these precautions aren't enough. Most adult film companies don't require their performers to use condoms. Maybe its time the government atleast on the state level took a more active role in regulating the adult film industry which is largely unregulated. The adult entertainment industry is a multi billion dollar industry and most state officials are reluctant to reign in the goose that lays the golden egg.

  • Will Obama's Speech to the Muslim world fall on deaf ears?

300px-The_Ratification_of_the_Treaty_of_Munster,_Gerard_Ter_Borch_(1648) Obama's speech in Cairo urged Muslims to "hate Israel less..." Is this a realistic expectation?
Let's face it, tribal mentality is deeply rooted within Arab culture which dates back to the nomadic history of the Arab people. The concept of "nationhood" or "statehood" atleast in the classic westphalian sense of the term is a phenomonon that didn't exist in the Arab mentality prior to the decolonization period after the Second World War. Even then the West had to impose the concept of nationhood on a people that hitherto shown allegiance to their respective clans. For instance, that Arab clan who may have been waging a centuries-old blood feud on that other Arab clan on the other side of that valley now had to live in the same border and call each other compatriots. Let's face it Arab Muslims despise each other, one of the few things that prevents them from going on an all out bloodbath on each other is the fact that they love to hate Israel, a common enemy. Take Israel away, and the Muslims will turn on each other, Sunni vs Shia, and both will go after the remaining Christian Arab minority in the Middle East.

  • The prez is really passing up an opportunity here:

untitled So the president's seeming lack of a strong rhetoric when it comes to supporting the Iranian people's outrage at the obviously rigged election last week is really disappointing. I understand that there is really nothing much the United States can do in the way of interfering in the Iranian elections, but at the very least the leader of the free world should give the Iranian people moral support over this issue. I mean come on that election was obviously rigged when Moussavi supposedly lost even among his own ethnic group, the election was obviously rigged. Not surprisingly the bearded Iranian mullahs who have been running the show in Iran for some thirty or so years upheld the election as valid.

Why is President Obama so reluctant to lend moral support to the Iranian protesters? They are afterall a far cry from the Islamo-fascists who kicked out the Pahlavis in 1979. Now the people chanting death to the Iranian mullahs and the theocratic leadership are mostly educated young men and women, emboldened to lash out even further at their government for the heavy handed and murderous methods with which it has dealt with the protesters.

The current president of Iran, Ahmadinejad and the rulling theocracy is not interested in reconciliation with the United States, if they were the mullahs would not have rigged the election in favor of Ahmadinejad. The United States should be lending its support to the Iranians in the hopes that it will turn into a Democratic revolution that will finally end thirty years of medieval rule by the Mullahs.
